More Linda Minard

linda minard fitness

I did a write up not long ago on the lovely South Korean star Linda Minard.
I mentioned that she got her Pro Card at the 2008 FAME Canadian Nationals.
Well here is a picture of the beautiful Linda in contest shape.
I thought she looked fit in her other pics but wow!
The next stop for Linda is the FAME World Championships in Montreal.
And Linda appeared in the Oxygen Magazine "Abs Special" Issue.
Looking at her abs, is there any wonder why?

Linda Minard

linda minard, actress

This beautiful young lady is Linda Minard.
She is an actress and fitness model born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Monterey Bay, California.
Now I hope you are sitting down reading this.
Linda is married and the mother of four children!
And she is almost forty!
That should inspire anyone out there!
And talk about active, she has tried her hand at Judo, Karate, tennis, shot-put, discus, triple jump, hurdles, sprint relays, cheerleading, mountain biking, snowboarding, trapeze catches, rock climbing, adventure running, and natural bodybuilding.
Is that enough?

As far as her acting goes, she is in a movie with Steven Seagal called "Driven to Kill" and is working on another film called "The Red Rooster".

She earned her Pro card at the 2008 FAME Canadian Nationals and I'm hoping we see a lot more of this lady up on the stage and the screen.

South Korean bodybuilder Mi-Hee Yu

mi hee yu - female fitness competitor

Couldn't find a lot of info on South Korean bodybuilder Mi-Hee Yu other than she has had two children and started training AFTER she had them.
So yes, this is how cut and ripped this lady is after having kids.
I swear I cannot see how they do it.
Two kids, married and works as well.
Bodybuilding is basically an amateur sport in South Korea, so she doesn't get paid for it, she does it for the love of the sport.
But imagine having to manage her regular life, plus make time to hit the gym and watch what she eats.
My hat is off to these ladies that can keep that up.
And look this good doing it!
