Who doesn't like Jamie Eason? She's very popular on the internet, and she seems to be a very nice young lady, who actually goes into forums and posts. To get into the incredible shape you see here, Jamie used a personal trainer and nutritionist. It looks like it really paid off. I can't really find much on her in the way of contest history.... Maybe someone out there can tell us where she has competed.
Besides being a fitness model, she is a computer software consultant. Jamie has been on the cover of Oxygen Magazine twice.
This sleek and muscled 25 year old from Austin, Texas is Melissa Merritt. Melissa won the Figure Overall title in Las Vegas at the Fitness America World Championships on November 21, 2008. Melissa just ran a Fitness Bootcamp with fellow fitness stars Abby Marie and Brenda Mikalajunas. Abby Marie is also being trained by Melissa.
Jillian Michaels is the fitness expert that rose to fame on the NBC TV show The Biggest Loser. She was the Red Team trainer until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons. Jillian returned to the show in 2007 as the Black Team trainer. She and Bob Harper are also the trainers on the Australian version of the show.
Jillian was overweight as a child, and her mother enrolled her in martial arts classes. She took hold of that, got herself in shape and became determined to help others get in shape as well. (She's been practicing Muay Thai and Akarui-Do for 17 years now)
Jillian's workout for her clients blends kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, and weight training together, giving them a total package.
Besides The Biggest Loser, Jillian hosts a Sunday talk radio show on Los Angeles' KFI (640 AM).
Jillian released a video game for the Nintendo Wii called Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 in October 2008.

Kristina (Tina) Rojas is an IFBB Fitness pro athlete and personal trainer from McAllen, TX. One of the people that helped train Kristina is Fitness Olympia and Fitness International Champion Adela Garcia. Working with Adela must have payed off because Kristina earned her pro card at the age of 20.

This five foot four inch, green eyed beauty was on the December Cover of Muscle & Fitness Magazine. And she appeared in the comedy/ romance movie "The Rebound" with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Justin Bartha. One of the things that I like about doing this blog is that I get to feature all types of women here. And thank you to the people out there that have commented on the diversity of the women I've presented.
Today's entry is Katka Kyptova. Katka is a fitness competitor, bench press competitor, personal trainer, coach and Pilates instructor. She was born on September 19th, 1983 in Mladá Boleslav, in the Czech Republic. She stands 5'5, and weighs from 138.9lbs contest weight to 169.7lbs off season.
This beautiful young lady is Brazilian personal trainer, nutrition consultant, fitness model and IFBB pro figure competitor Larissa Reis. Larissa was born on May 21st, 1979 in Brasilia, Brazil. She is five feet, five inches tall and weighs between 132 (contest) and 139 (off-season). Her hobbies are surfing, skating, long boarding, triathlons, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Here's another one I wonder if we'll see try her hand at MMA....

Former ESPN beauty, Denise Paglia seems to be very popular, so how about a couple more pictures of this Japanese and Italian beauty. This Certified AFAA Fitness Trainer appeared on Fitness Beach, she appeared on Cyberfit and Bodyshaping. The only thing left now is... where is she today? She was a writer for Muscle & Fitness Hers at one time and she appeared on cover of the very first issue of that magazine.

I said in my last entry on the beautiful IFBB fitness pro Tanji Johnson that even though her American Gladiator name was Stealth, I bet you wouldn't have a hard time seeing her.
Well I was right, at the 2009 IFBB Arnold Classic, Tanji came in 16th place.
Watching her practice her routine in the second part of that feature, I couldn't help but think what a MMA fighter she would make. Of course right now her plate is full enough as a personal trainer and fitness coach. But how awesome would Tanji Johnson versus Gina Carano be?
Jackie Warner was born on August 17, 1968 in Fairborn, Ohio. She is a fitness trainer, probably best known for her work on Work Out, a Bravo TV reality show. Jackie owns Sky Sport and Spa, a gym and spa in Beverly Hills that she opened in 2002, and an outrageous set of abs.
Besides being a professional personal trainer, Jackie has done work as a model, actress, and script coordinator for Warner Brothers. Before becoming a fitness star, she founded and co-owned a company in the cellular phone industry that went on to become the third top-grossing cellular phone company in Southern California.
As an actress, she appeared in the Irish comedy TV series "Killinaskully".

Michiko Nishiwaki (Nishiwaki Michiko) , was born on November 21, 1957 in Funabashi, Chiba, Japan. She is a former female bodybuilder, powerlifter, actress, fitness trainer, stunt woman, martial artist and fight choreographer. Michiko started out, as a lot of fitness stars did, in gymnastics. She looked into bodybuilding when she noticed how large her legs were when compared to her upper body, hoping that weightlifting would give her better symmetry. Michiko became a powerlifter, Japan's first female powerlifting champion and eventually Japan's first female bodybuilding champion. This was very unusual for a woman in Japanese society at that time. She also opened three fitness clubs with her brother. Michiko began her acting career in 1985 when she caught the eye of Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung. (How many careers has Jackie Chan launched?) She appeared in his film "My Lucky Stars" a Hong Kong martial arts/comedy film as a Japanese fighter. Michiko landed several roles in Hong Kong movies after that, usually playing a villain or a femme fatale. After that, she returned to Japan, but then went to Thailand and made a few more films. Eventually she landed in the US and began a career as a stunt woman appearing in a lot of movies you may have seen, but had no idea that she was in. As a stunt woman she appeared in Blade, Man on the Moon, Charlie's Angels, Rush Hour 2, The Scorpion King, Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Memoirs of a Geisha and Resident Evil: Extinction. She also worked on 2009's Afro Ninja as Yuko. Michiko has stunt doubled for Lucy Liu in four films and Kelly Hu in one.
