This sleek and muscled 25 year old from Austin, Texas is Melissa Merritt. Melissa won the Figure Overall title in Las Vegas at the Fitness America World Championships on November 21, 2008. Melissa just ran a Fitness Bootcamp with fellow fitness stars Abby Marie and Brenda Mikalajunas. Abby Marie is also being trained by Melissa.
Catherine Holland (Catherine Boshuizen) is a IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, a fitness model and personal trainer She was born on March 21, 1980 in Portland, Oregon, but she now resides in Orlando, Florida. Catherine stands 5’7”, weighs in at 130 lbs (contest weight) and 140-145 (off season). She has a BS and MS degrees in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and she is a business owner and instructor of Celebration Boot Camps.

Dallas born Mariza Prince is all over the net. She was Ms.Bikini Universe 2007 and the current spokes model for Gaspari Nutrition. Plus she is a Cooper Certified Personal Trainer, a Physical Fitness Specialist, a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor, trained in the Biomechanics of Resistance Training, a Fitness Specialist for Older Adults (65 and up), she has her Nutrition Certification and is she is CPR Certified. Anything else? Oh yeah, in May 2007, she won The Lyzabeth Lopex Fame Classic Bikini Competition.
The woman who kick-started the "momjjang" (hot body) fad in Korea, Jung Da-yeon. This young lady transformed herself through exercise, and is known as an expert on physical training and exercise now. She has released a popular fitness book, a DVD called "Momjjang Diet" and even been in a K-drama (in Korea) called "Aquarius". Jung played a fitness instructor. Here's another look at former aerobics instructor Korean female bodybuilder Mi-Hee Yu. She says that her weight had gotten up to 176 after the birth of her daughter and she wanted to lose weight so she took up bodybuilding. All of this muscle is packed onto a 5' 2½", 112-pound frame by the way. And she's an all natural bodybuilder.
Brenda Michiko Kelly was born on January 15th, 1959 (that's right,1959!) in Honolulu Hawaii. Her mother is Japanese, and her father is Dutch/English.
